Representative Work
- Guided a general contractor through the L&I procedures to end an ex-employee’s fraudulently obtained disability benefits
- Favorably resolved a class action prevailing wage claim brought by employees of a sub-contractor against the general contractor
- Negotiated and drafted a pre-hire agreement on behalf of subcontractor under 29 U.S.C. § 158(f) to facilitate a productive working relationship with the Union Procedure
