Briana Irani is a commercial and general civil litigator. Briana's practice includes property owner and landlord-tenant disputes, including evictions, easement, and private takings litigation. Briana recently graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and hopes to continue to develop in civil litigation.
When did you start practicing law as a licensed attorney?
I started practicing law in Fall 2023, after passing the Washington State Bar.
What do you like about your work?
I enjoying solving issues of all sizes, from easy to complex. I am detail-oriented and enjoy the process analyzing and breaking down factors in a case.
Are you an active member in any local, state, national, or international organizations?
I am an active member of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, the Washington State Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association.
Which skills or personality traits do you think are needed in your kind of practice that might differ from other practices?
Civil litigation requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and timeliness. It also requires good balancing skills of client communication and court deadlines.
